Sacramental Records

All sacramental records for Corpus Christi Parish are kept at the Parish Office, 845 Woodbury Avenue.  These include all records from the three former Portsmouth parishes:  Immaculate Conception, St. Catherine of Siena, and St. James.

To request a certificate, please call Kathy Kelleher at 603-436-0344.  You will need to provide the following information:

Name of the person in question (include maiden if applicable).

• Date of birth of that person.
• If the sacrament was administered before June 26, 2006, which is the date of the tri-parish merger, the church in which the sacrament took place — if you know it.  All sacraments received after the merger date are recorded in one single Corpus Christi Parish record.
• The address to which you want the certificate mailed.
• Your name and phone number.
